This project is a retrofit of the facade and common areas of the Rio das Pérolas building, in Riviera, São Paulo. The proposal was to modernize the building and also adapt it to the new standards and rules for construction. The balconies were enlarged, the window frames were renovated using materials more resistant to the salt air. We also made the recomposition of the common areas of the ground floor. The concept of this project was to make it more like its own name, a river of pearls, so that its appearance and its identity would relate more closely.
