The property in question was entirely residential and single-family. After the renovation, it became mixed use with six multifamily residential units and a store on the ground floor. The state of conservation of the property required extra attention in relation to the changes to be made and this demanded a lot of architectural feasibility study. The concept of the building's identity was developed from a study of the target audience and sought to make the building stand out in relation to its surroundings, in order to increase the sales potential. The great challenge in this case was to meet both the standards, laws, compromised situation of the building and the investor's profitability expectations.
