The idea was to develop a template project that could be replicated and easily adapt to diferent sites. We sought to apply it in sites that were close to big university areas to attend to the students who look for a cheap place for the university period. For that, we designed a common area for studying and doing the home chores. The rooms would be equipped with a sleeping, studyin area and a bathroom.

The design was inspired in the sketch theat the Eng. Daniel Sorrentino, from BHS, did. He presented the sketch of the setorization of the buildings and I brought them to life. I aimed for a design that would be outrageous and attractive, different from anything in the surroundings.
