This art galery was designed with a wide space for sculptures expo and two pavements for paintings. Located in a very narrow site, with a considreable cliff, it was designed based on a continuous flow between the two acesses, one from the upper and the other from the lower street.
The sculptures area was designed to resemble a huge chessboard, dramatized by the sunrise that iluminates from the great glass opening.
The form of the building was inspired on art itself. More precisely on an art movement from the 20th century, the futurism. This movement's main characteristic is to resemble dynamism, speed and movement. That explains the tilted lines of the design.
